Weekly Bible Studies
Please join us for our weekly Bible studies on Sunday morning at 10:30-11:30 am and Tuesday morning at 9:00-10:00 am. We meet in the library next to our parish hall. Presently our Sunday morning class is studying Hosea in the Minor Prophets. Our Tuesday morning class is studying the Gospel of John. Women's Group
You are cordially invited to participate in the activities of "Grace-LWML," the local chapter of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. Our LWML ladies meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am in the library to tie quilts for charity. They also participate in LWML zone and district meetings and in fund-raising for LWML mission and charity projects. Please join our ladies for quilting on fourth Tuesdays--everyone is invited to quilt! |

Closed Communion
Closed Communion is observed here out of concern for your spiritual readiness for the Sacrament of the Altar. If you want to commune, please talk to the pastor BEFORE the worship service begins! The reception of the Lord’s Supper here is limited to 1) confirmed members of our congregation; 2) confirmed members in good standing of congregations of the LCMS; and 3) persons who were catechized in Luther’s Small Catechism by an LCMS pastor, were confirmed in the faith, who still believe the doctrines they were taught in that class, and who are presently not members of a congregation. Exceptions to these three kinds of communicants may be made by the pastor only.
